White lump/spot on comb?

Here is the white spot I mentioned in my previous post. Again, she is the only girl with this as well. TY all!

The first picture is a little blurry, and the second is too far away to see much - could you post a few more pictures? It could be a pecking sore or debris/fecal accumulation. If you're seeing spreading of the lesion, it could be something like Ringworm, or early fowlpox lesions. If you take a toothpick, are you able to gently scrape it off?
