white lumps on comb ,any ideas.

my white leghorn has started to get white crusty lumps on her comb,they start small then grow they are about the size of a pea, could it be avian pox?, the pictures iv'e seen of pox look like black spots, she seems in good health and has just started to lay

pox starts out as whitish warty lumps and then goes on to get crusty and black...
separate the ill birds immediately from the rest .
