White Pekins

I have 6 white Pekins about 4 weeks old, some are honking and some have a quiet little chirp. Is there any way to tell male or female from their voices?

yes..the quiet ones are typically male, and the loud ones are female. Also, the males will have a drake feather

Yes!! Like said above the females will start to get a deeper, louder honk in her voice, right around this time. It does take sometime though to sort out exactly who is who! My Ducks are 7 weeks old and I still have 1 that hasn't quite decided. The drakes will not get their curls till past 5 months old, so the voice is the first way to tell.

Do White Pekins have any white meat on them or are they all dark meat?
