White Plymouth Rocks are recessive white so that makes them completely white feathered, they could hide many patterns or color under the white, but most are just partridge under all of that white, if you cross your White Rock with Blue hen you have 50% chance of getting black and 50% Blue Rocks with some leakage if every so slightly.

Blosl line of white rock carried Silver. Each line is different, contact the source breeder and they'd know what lies under the white.

So cool, it must have been done to improve the type as it would be easier to find a better type BR than Partridge Rock

You can't get lavender from blue and white, unless lavender is under the white, which is unlikely since it's recessive.
