White Polish- most of you already told me Phyllis is a R☹️☹️

I’ve got some new pics and I was hoping you can help me / teach me how to tell my White Polish is a Roo. Phyllis Diller was hoped to be a Pullet so I’m somewhat sad. Thanks in advance!!

We have two Crevecouers that kind of look like Polish. We can tell them apart because the cockerel has a "faux hawk" (spiky on top, "shaved" on the sides) and the pullet has a "mullet" (big and bold on the top) LOL. The photos are of the cockerel. For some reason, the pullet is not ready for her close up.

Here’s my crevecoeur pullet. So much poof! I’ve been trimming her feathers so that she can see a little better.
