If that one is also about 12 weeks, I think its a prince as well, given the growth of the comb and wattles.

How many weeks are you figuring? 14-15? I still don't see any definite male feathering, but on a white bird it's hard to see in a photo. Check for any pointy feathers coming in on the hackle and saddle areas. When I look at the last photo on the computer it looks like there may be a few pointy saddles coming in.
