White Rock Genes

Hello,
I was wondering if someone can give me a dumbed down version of White rock genes. I have a couple of questions to go along with it as well.

1. Will a White x White always produce white?

2. What will happen when crossed with another color like partridge, buff, blue, columbian?

A white rock bred to a white rock ought to always give more white rocks.

The white rock X other colours might be more predictable than recessive white birds. I'm not sure of the 'usual' genes expected of a white rock.
