Ok so...it's almost 7:30pm on the 20th day and still nothing...this is killing me!!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that something happens tomorrow!!!

Tami, you think YOU'RE frustrated? Day 21 began at 8 p.m. last night for mine, and I have not a pip, and not this morning, either. It's now day 21 1/2, and still nothing. I DID hear peeping this a.m., so maybe....the eggs were huge, so maybe they're taking longer because of that? And - I'm at work and can't watch. I'm worried about them! My DH is home, but he worked until 5:00 a.m., so he'll be sleeping all day....ACK!
 
Day 21am and still nothing....going al little stir crazy here!!! Sorry Wynette, I couldn't imagine what it must be like when you have to go to work and leave the babies. We'll get through this!! Hey, at least you have herd something....I had a dream last night that this morning I woke up and there they were, alive and well and let's not mention the cutest little fuzzybutts ever!!! What a let down when I checked on them this morning....

I wish there was something I could do to help them along...if everything is ok. Funny thing is....i noticed yesterday one of my white hens in the nesting box, figured she was just giving me an egg. Went out this morning....guess what? She is still in there! I have a broody hen!!! Never mind....she is not in there any longer...I was getting really excited for a min!!! Darn

WOOT! Went home for lunch (about an hour ago) and I FINALLY have one pip! I talked to a few other Jersey breeders who told me that their Jerseys always hatch a day late...so, here's hoping that's what is going on.
