White silkie Roo Very tame and friendly in maryland (howard county) super cute and cuddly

I need to find a home for Pip as he has grown into a fine rooster. He is a show quality white silkie and is very sweet and cute. The neighborhood doesn't allow roosters so we are very sad to part with him. He is 4 months old. Howard county maryland. This roo would be ideal for a pet and or 4H showing.

Pip's Brother has found a home. Unfortunately both our silkies wound up being male :-(
