White x Brown Chinese Goslings

If a White Chinese and a Brown Chinese mate, would their offspring be purebred or mixed breed? Thanks!

Now that’s a conundrum!

So white Chinese and true brown Chinese are often just color variants of each other, but they’re also bred and sold as different breeds, sort of like cilantro and coriander being sold by seed companies as separate things when they’re the same thing. Because some hatcheries and breeders breed them separately there’s probably some other breed differences between them among their flocks…maybe?

So I don’t know.

That made me think, Buff and Jubilee and Lavender Orpingtons are sold as different breeds too...but they're all Orpingtons.

Ugh! I need to know so I can label goslings correctly (if they hatch) when I want to sell them.
I didn't know cilantro and coriander were the same thing.
