Whiting True Blue with barring?

My 2 week old Whiting True Blue appears to have some barring on it? Could it be actual barring, or something else causing their feathers to look this way?View attachment 3483593

How did this chick turn out? I have 4 chicks with basic chipmunk type of pattern and barred wing feathers.

She was a pretty bird, but unfortunately she got too cold at 6 weeks thanks to my husband moving the power cord while mowing the lawn and a freak cold snap in May.
