ok so I have now had 4 chicks go down with the same symptoms at separate times..... unable to lift its head, very listless unable to walk and eyes closed. Each time I have given them electro lights to bring them around then followed that with force feeding B1 vitamin and it worked after a couple of days. So no losses which is good. all recovered and back with the flock. Further no repeat visits to the hospital wing.
Whats bad is it keeps happening, should I put something in the water for all to drink ?
