Yes-interesting question. I guess I feel that trying to do the "right" thing, (i.e. staying true to your beliefs )is the way to go. Just allow yourself a little wiggle room so when you are not "perfect" you don't get all caught up in self loathing. Like if you speak against fast food restaurants, try not to eat at them. But if you do (rarely, not occasionally) , don't beat yourself up about it. Just figure out what made you do it and change your circumstances so it doesn't happen again.

Oh, by the way. The worst thing is to talk too much about how perfect you are. No one believes it and it just makes people want to take you down a notch!
