Who am I?

Hello quail-keepers. Is this falb fee a he or a she? The falb is almost 6 weeks. I think it's a boy but he hasn't crowed or behaved like the other males.

Could you get some non fuzzy pics with natural lighting? He's a pharaoh but exact color is hard to tell with fuzzy pics and indoor lights, he looks muddy brown but falb fee should be grey tones. Depending on the protein in your feed, he might not hit sexual maturity until 7-9 weeks and you'll also need 12-14 hours of light or he might not crow until next spring! The picture of the top of his head looks falb fee though.
