Well yeah. I do a lot of reflecting that really does me good along with my regretting, and it's not like regretting is gonna go away ya know, so.
Still, less regrets = less stress. But, yeah, I have to keep my regrets from just consuming me sometimes. Sometimes I'll have a day full of regrets and my day was just wasted. But if I really get into the regret then I start reflecting upon it and seeing what I could do differently next time, ye know, wait a little bit before I blurt out something, slam a door, leave a room.
I don't think a day of regrets is wasted.
WELL, I used to
But I guess that sort of thinking just gets you regretting more.
I prefer to think of it that it's pretty much impossible to appreciate good times if you don't have to endure through some bad.
Usually soon afterwards, things start to improve.
I mean like I just didn't do anything productive, moped around most of the day, didn't go outside, that sort of wasted.

Yes, it did, at least, to me anyways. All except for the Split milk part. Maybe if it was all old and clumpy then you could split it in half if it was hard enough . . .
JK (not that Blonde)
Ah. Well, that makes sense. in that case, if only I had that smiley when i needed him.
Spilt milk, you know the saying "Don't cry over spilt milk"?
Wahh, the past sucks! We can't change it and most people don't forget it either.
Why can't everyone just get along?! Lots of things just suck.
Yep. If only I had a roll of virtual duct tape to stick across my virtual mouth when it needed to stop yabbering...

Very true. Good and bad are a packaged deal.
Oh yeah, I know what you're talking about. Been there done that. Except I usually end up writing something really depressing to pass the time. I should enter some of this crap in a competition some time.
Just like night and day... hot and cold...
Ever listened to "Bridge of Light" by Pink? very cute song.
