Who eats raw eggs?

I thought you shouldn't eat the just laid eggs, that you should wait a few days for some reason.

My dad as kids used to always make us milkshakes as we were heading to school and always added the egg, I also remember making sure he added it. Grew up and that was gross, but now I am looking forward to my hen laying me some good eggs to start again!

No reason to wait, fresh eggs are good!

You may have been thinking about hard boiling eggs...very fresh eggs are often quite difficult to peel. Letting them set a while makes them easier. But scrambled, fried, whatever....they're fine when they were in the hen yesterday
