Who else doesn't have a valentine?

Smack dab in the middle of a divorce

. Never wanted it, but H won't do what's necessary (or anything for that matter) to stop it. So it looks like as of 3/10 I will be really and truly single and not just living alone and hoping any more. But, at least my life has direction and fulfillment and much joy!! Not to mention a bunch of baby chicks, it doesn't get much better than that.

me and my valentine of 16 years now never do anything special.
We know we love each other and we show that every day to the year, so Feb. 14 is just like any other day to us.

As for the 3 kids, we usually get them a stuffed animal or something and a box of candy.

I dont have ne either, I go to a small private school so the boys are limited and mostly ugly

. But v-day is a big marketing scheme.

V-day is a big marketing scheme. However, if you can give your lady a single long stemmed rose, she'll feel nice and important for the entire day

But yes, just marketing. Better to save that money for something else.

My motto is: Singlehood is Good! I take myself out on Valentine's day, have a wonderful dinner, go shoot pool, do whatever I want and I celebrate the fact that I am comfortable with myself and enjoy my own company enough to not feel I have to be in a relationship just for the sake of not being alone. I have men friends I love to spend time with, but at this juncture in my life I'm just not up to a commited relationship.

Hubby asked what I wanted for V-day.
