My hubby got me a really cute chicken calendar for Christmas, among lots of other treats. My sister is hatching out standard size Americanas and will be giving me half! Very cool gifts!

I got a little chicken timer in my stocking. It's adorable, but doesn't work very well.

Incidentally, my Mom's new 2012 calendar has chickens for my birth month. Go figure.

Ummm, this month (on Dec. 9th) the Hearing Officer reversed the "get rid of your chickens" citation and ruled I get to keep my chickens on my property. That's all the "Christmas" gift I needed!
