Had to help one more out of her egg. Yet another malpositioned one. She's fine now.

Tired, but healthy. That makes 5/6. There's one left (the one who pipped through a blood vessel), hoping the little guy makes it.

I'm having some that pip half way and have completely stopped. I can barely see a beak. Oh...had to help 2 of mine out. One is doing great... The other is starting to come around. And I was wrong earlier I think about what kind hatched...I looked online at welsummer chicks and mine don't look anything like them. I then went online and looked at blue and black copper marans and mine look exactly like them.i sure hope the welsummer babies make it out. I want one bad! Wednesday should be stressful for me too...I've got more marans and some cream legbars. Being new to this, I didn't realize two of the legbar eggs were double yolk eggs. Now I have two eggs with two embryos still alive. Lockdown is tomorrow .
