Who else is on WEIGHT WATCHERS

Nice! I'm hoping to lose about that much in the first 4 weeks or so myself. Lost 3 this first week. But I was bad the first two days xD. This week I'm going to do a lot better (I hope).

I'd be happy with losing 20 lbs in the 19 weeks. Then after a few months I can try for another 10 or so. I am one who doesn't usually gain any, but I can't loose any either.

I have stomuch issues with bacteria so it's sometimes painful to eat little.

If anyone has any good snakc foods that are healthy and filling, I'm sooooo HUNGRY!

We're having dinner at my folks tonight, and I have no idea what mother is cooking, so I am trying to save the rest of todays points for dinner...

I found that Subway is the best. Turkey sandwich with NO CHEESE, tomato, pickle, lettuce, spinach, a LITLE ..... LIGHT mayo and a side dish of jalapeno peppers. YUM! Very filling and you can cut a 6" in half and make two meals out of it.

Soup! Soup is a friend. Loads of veggies. All free points.

Kanchii, good for you! I could eat Chinese buffet ever day! Thankfully, there isn't one within 45 miles of my house.

I have signed back up for WW online, but can't officially start until I go grocery shopping. The meetings just aren't for me.

The reason it's so hard for me is I don't particularly care for fruits and veggies, and love cheese, meat, sweets and bread.

Iowa Roo Mom - You gotta try these south beach diet bars, especially the cinnamon raisin one. SOOO GOOD and it has CRAZY high protein which means it sticks with you for way longer than most other things. It's worth 3 WW points but it's sure good. It's what I have for breakfast almost every morning! Other good snacks would be a hardboiled egg which is 2 points but also high protein. Or just eat a TON of cooked cauliflower which I think does taste good with just a little salt and pepper. At least you can stuff your face with it and eat like 3 cups worth for only 1 point, woohoo! xD

I was super bad today. Katherine the bff and I went out for... THAI FOOD. we had been dying for some. It put me 5 points over my daily allowance, so 5 from my weekly allowance which I'm trying to stay away from. I'm sure it would have been more but my breakfast and lunch were super low points... Tomorrow I'm going to try to just have some sushi and kept salad for lunch, and then make the Caldo Verde soup recipe I found on the WW website that looks tasty for dinner.

WE CAN DO THIS!!

Weight Watchers also has those bars for sale. But they are like $7.50 a box. The last couple weeks they were on sale for $5.00 a box though. But the sale is done. But I *L*O*V*E* the Chocolate Pretzel Blast ones. See.....chocolate is in my DNA. I need to have a daily dose or I will die.

I was on Weight Watchers several years ago; lost 39 pounds, and have gained most of it back. I need to go back for a refresher course! One of the things I depended on for my chocolate fixes was Pria bars. The original ones came in several flavors (French Vanilla, Chocolate Peanut, Chocolate Mint, etc.), had about 120 calories and were two points each. The company then took a good thing and ruined it, making a Super Pria bar which was around 200 calories and more points than I cared to use for a snack. However, you can still find the original ones in some groceries. I found them in Giant Eagle groceries in Ohio and occasionally in WalMart. They are chewy and satisfying and taste good. One of those and a cup of hot coffee or tea and you had a good snack.
