Being on WW I've been realizing how much junk I've been eating and it really made me go "YIKES". I mean, I was probably eating easily around 40 points worth of food a day. Easily. Something that has really helped me is making a big batch of one or two of the WW recipes that are only like 5 points a serving and bringing that to work with me for lunch. And trying to eat it for dinner too whenever possible. Because when I'm out with my friends, it's pretty much impossible to eat healthy a lot of the time.
