I checked into the class, but it's too far away from me. It's true that you have to have a permit to sell eggs away from your property in GA and you must go to the class to get that. That said, I see folks selling at the farmers market here in all the time and I bet they've never heard of such a thing. If you sell them for hatching, the permit isn't required, to my knowledge. I dont think they have to be graded. I mark my cartons with a sticker that says "These Free-Range Eggs are Ungraded".
