I am a native of Brooklyn, NYC. Those little buggers are awesome! They loved to eat from the crab apple tree in my backyard. They were all over my college campus and neighborhood, in huge flocks of friendly greenies. I took this from 40 feet away using my telephoto lens at 7am in the winter.
