Who has Bantam Leghorns? **Edited to add photos

Yeah-they are so cute! I went to the state fair, and there were a bunch of bantam leghorns there. It took major will power not to buy any!

Thank you. I really like them. I am not a fan of standard leghorns, too spazz for me but the bantams are very calm and friendly. Not to mention the girls are little egg laying machines.

I just candled the eggs I got from Aussie 3 of the 5 are showing veins on the 5th day, very fertile!!!!!!!!! I hope those are the pictures of the parent birds(Beautiful) I was wondering about what type of combs I guess single. from the pictures. The Bantams are not as flighty as standard leghorns ?

Yes those are the parents to your eggs. I have 1 roo and 2 hens. I purchased them from a breeder in Virginia who only raises Show Quality stock. The bantams are very calm and friendly. I've had standard leghorns and didn't care for how flighty they were and how mean the roos were. All of my bantams seem to enjoy being picked up and handled.

As for weight I don't know exactly but the hens I would guess to be around 1.5 lbs

Why is it everything is cutier when they are little? LOL Your Bantam White Leghorns are very pretty!!
