Well I am going to build my own pen (18x20) but I would like to see how other people keep their ducks.

I have mandarin ducks that will be ready to ship in the fall when its cooler. Must have a secure place as they can fly and climb like monkeys.

Ok. I would be looking for eggs. Are they hard to hatch?

Mandarins only lay in April-May and hatch in May-July, depending on where you live. They can lay 8-12 eggs. Then that is the end of the laying season for them. I had some hen (young ones) that laid but would not set. So I put them in an incubator and did just fine. but its hard to find someone to sell you eggs.
