who has guinea fowl

We only have one and he was raised with the flock, but there are some chickens he just doesn't like and he runs at them...I think he needs a mate or two to keep him busy running the field with him, because right now he freaks if I kick him out of the run for the day and runs the fence trying to find a way in, the whole time bleeping or whatever that noise is. And God forbid he flies over the fence to get back in...He is scared of heights. Sometimes he "accidentally" flies onto the roof, and about passes out cause he doesn't know how to get back down....Doesn't do that too often anymore.

There has never been any bird I didn't like,UNTIL we got 6 guineas. They were a pest to all our other birds and made more noise than the law should allow. Found homes for all but one, he's not so bad, shows all the traits stated in the previous posts.

People say I'm getting crankier as I get older. That's not it. I just find I enjoy annoying people a lot more now. Especially younger people

I have 3 but had 12 they don't want to be in the coop at night and we were having coyote AND bobcat problems lost a bunch of guinneas but shot 3 coyotes in the process...
