Who has had 100% hatch?

Thanks everyone! I have some new ideas. So far out of my 40 egg hatch I have had 3 hatch. I am waiting until Monday or so to start over, just in case. I will check out some of these ideas.

I've had many, and I've only been hatching since December of last year.
What I do to get them :
For one, I get my own eggs. I usually only have 1 out of 14 that arent fertile. Or I get them from someone a few towns over. I had eggs shipped in only once, and I ended up with a lot of early deaths, and clear. (only hatched 11 out of 24)
Next, I use a little giant circulated air with a turner. I keep my temp around 100*, and my humidity around 30-40% the first 18 days. When I set in my hatcher (also an LG) I have the humidity up to 70-80%. I tried doing the 65% like everyone always says, but my chicks kept getting stuck when they were just about all the way zipped. I was helping way too many chicks out, so I rasied the humidity 70-80 and havent had a problem since.
I get 100% hatch rates on a regular basis, or very close to it - only 1 or 2 eggs dont hatch out of 12 or so.
Maybe its just that the conditions of our house are working for me

*Forgot to add - Mine usually hatch a day early to a day late. So it is spread out over 3 days...
