Why would you want one??

The only reason why a hen may look and take up physical attributes of a rooster is when she hurts her ovary. She still wouldn't be able to fertilize eggs though, its more of a hormonal and physical appearance change.

Yes, this is a very large breed. He's tall enough I can pet his head without having to bend over even a little.
There's another breed that's very big: the Jersey Giant
