Here are a few pictures I snapped the other day. I'm hoping to take the camera out more once the semester is over on Monday. It can really cause quite the distraction for me when I'm trying to finish the last of my assignments! I took these with my 70-300mm lens, since I don't have an actual macro one yet!
There are some truly stunning photos posted since I have been on last. Great job everyone.
Two Creeks, I looked you up on line and you do some amazing work. I absolutely loved your weather photos. I have a thing for lightning and your pics are stunning.
Kassaundra, great photos as usual.
Chickerdoodle13, I love your last photo of the lake.
I haven't been able to play with the camera lately but I did manage to snap some shots of the ducks while they were out playing in the kiddie-pool.

Thank you. I have some shots of my ducklings but havent had time to post much of anything....this is my busy time up until November. Deer and Waterfowl are my two favorite subjects
That storm was once in a lifetime..no wind, no rain and incredible strikes
Kass....like I said, once in a lifetime. Ive spent 100's of hours over the past few decades chasing storms with very little success. That night couldnt have been ordered any better....but I wish I had pre run some locations earlier in the day. I am in the mountains so usually a storm pops up and there arent many chances to stay ahead of it. I will say digital is way easier for the lightening then film was
