The local grocery store, (lowcountry SC) sells them fresh. Not my speed, but I would go so far as to say Gross, Ick, Disgusting, etc. To each their own.
Chicken feet make great chicken stock. Just be sure they are squeaky clean, clip off the ends of the toes and nails, peel the skin if you wish or not. Use them like you would chicken bones or carcass for stock. They make exceptionally well flavored stock. If you raise and kill your own chickens you shoudl be making your own chicken stock.
