Who in the the world would BUY & EAT these?????

I would use them to hold my potato chip. That'd keep my fingers outa the dip!

My sister eats the feet and when she found out that we were dispatching meat bird she asked for all the feet and other items (liver, gizzards, heart, etc) I said to her " I can understand the livers, gizzards, hearts, ect......but the feet? really?" She said, Yes!! they are delish!!" I said "O.K. but all I can see you doing with them is using the toenail to pick all of the other leftovers out of your teeth" LoL. She drove an hour and a half to pick up most of the inards of 73 birds. My thoughts of the feet......

So how long do you scald the feet for? I have tried several times to scald the feet, and found that it was to much work to skin the feet. I love making chicken stock, and I use the backs, necks, and all the bones. I de-bone all the chicken before freezing it.
