I went ahead and pulled the eggs out of the turner this morning since things with the kids were quiet and I could get it done. I will up the humidity tomorrow. I hate it when I get to this point. I wonder if I have done all this work for naught.

Your pip sounds encouraging. I wish I were hatching BRs. I think I'll go to the feed store as they are getting in BRs on Friday morning.

Just checked my broody...she is now "muttering" to herself and shifting a bit. Chicks are due Friday...maybe some early hatchers

I have my Barred Rock, Barred EE and Meg eggs from SpeckledHen due to hatch tomorrow. I had 1 PIP this morning. Yippee!!!!!

I have a broody Buff Orp on 11 eggs that are due to hatch this Saturday! She raised 3 broods last year and is getting an earlier start this year.

I have 10 that seem to be doing great that I will be moving to the hatcher tomorrow. I hope they stay well and manage to hatch

My update for day 19 I now have 2 pips, 1 is in a silkie and 1 is in a amerucana (spelling). Both from Dipsy Doodle Doo. No pips from my BR from Florida Chick Or my EEs from Bugladyleah yet. My C Maran and MaranXWelsummer eggs are not due til Monday. Hope everyone elses eggs are getting ready to pip and hatch. Its going to be a long few days.
