1 yo female pekin suddenly not walking

I don't see anything wrong in her feet, I think this is likely a niacin issue

I don't think we are going to get an answer on whether or not the b complex you have currently is good to give orally, so could you access the durvet brand b complex from TSC? If you can, I'd start it ASAP 1 ml per day, if not I'd get her on niacin capsules. Flush effect ones, not flush free/no flush. Empty the powder from the capsule into her drinking water, I don't recall the dosage I used but I'd say about 100mg capsule for a gallon of water for now. You can get the niacin capsules from online or from a health store.
I did this for one of mine when she was really unwell with a niacin deficiency, it worked great but it took a week or more to start seeing real change. The extra niacin won't hurt any other ducks- they should poop out any excess that they don't need.

Keep a close eye on her legs, niacin deficiencies can make leg injuries more likely, you have to be extra watchful for their tendons as they can slip out of place and would need slipping back in before they heal in the wrong position. You should be able to find old forum threads about this. I don't think it's likely, but it's worth looking into. In the meantime, start that niacin or b complex asap
Wanted to give an update. I’m so happy to report Suzy started standing to eat 2 days ago and today was first day she walked out of pen on her own. Daily I was giving handful of meal worms with sprinkle of brewers yeast, sprinkle of metzer waterfowl supplement in water daily. Yesterday I finally got the Niacin tablets and crushed one up and sprinkled on meal worms she probably hate almost half a 100mg pill. This was clearly a Niacin deficiency so thank you all for advice. Moving forward I will be sprinkling brewers yeast in the food the chicken and ducks eat. But once a week I’ll sprinkle the 100mg niacin tablets on some meal worms and split btwn my two ducks - I’m guessing this will be sufficient? Thanks !

That's great news! So happy to hear this.
Honestly the brewers yeast should be a good enough precaution, I don't think you'll need to continue niacin tablets once she's feeling better. Alternatively you could use nutritional yeast which has a bit more niacin in than brewers, but either can make a good top up to ensure they're getting plenty.
1 or two tablespoons per cup of feed should suffice.

Another update. She was doing pretty well standing walking minimally. We went away this wknd and had food and water out for her. I fed her friday at 11 am . But she died today (Sunday) shy 8 hours of us getting home -she died 9 am ish and we got home 5pm. I’m in shock. We had an ill duck for like 8 months so I’m shocked. I’m going to try to get a necropsy done.
