Six have pipped!!!! YAY

Have four frizzle bantam eggs, one golden seabright and 17 silky eggs in the bator and it's day 21! I can't wait to meet the little gems!!!

Regardless of what my husband says, talking to unhatched eggs does not make us crazy! lol.

Oh man, I am so jealous! I Wish I had pips already. It's day 19 here.

I feel like this is gonna drive me insane. I don't mind waiting for them to hatch, if I knew for sure some would. I'm scared that I'm getting so excited and then for some reason I won't have any hatch.

No piks yet. Just had the first one hatch. She is a beautiful lavender frizzle! Have eight more pips now. It's 11 pm here and I know I really should go to bed but my excitment won't let me. I can picture myself falling asleep in my chair in front of the bator! lol.

Know what you mean about the day 19 thing! I was feeling very much the same reading pipping and hatching posts here two days ago! Day 21 will be here before you know it!

I'm waiting on 6 out of 18 Cochin frizzle bantam eggs to hatch, They are due July 21st, but I have one pipping today, has a hole made in shell and is working it's way around. Discovered it last night when I was doing my last candling. Ging nuts now because last 2 that were just mixed chicks from my own group (Cochins I bought) Died, 1 hatched itself out to early, and died. Other one looked perfect, not a mark on it, but the hen that had been sitting on it had moved off the nest, made a new indentation, and was sitting on this dea chick guarding it, felt so bad for her. She's on 2 of the eggs that are due, along with another hen I have that is on the other 2, rest are in incubator a my guys place. Wish I could be at both places at once, going nuts worrying about losing some more, really praying for luck over here.

day 19 for my cochin blue/black/splash eggs and it might be my imagination but I saw one or two rocking-- I am NOT opening the hatcher this time to 'just check for internal pips', etc-- which is usually my excuse-- I'm sitting on my hands (and it's hard to type that way)
