Who is pipping and waiting right now??

2 pips this morning! I'm nervous about these chicks being ok. This is the set of eggs in which my temp went to 111 degrees for I don't know how long. I set 19 and tossed 1 clear so I have 6 left with live chicks from the 18 that started. I'm just worried that they will look like the "one eyed one horned flying purple people eater"

seriously.. fingers crossed.

We have TWO pips now.. right next to eachother. The humidity is low 60-68% so we've been steaming the room with my Steam Shark... a portable steaming/cleaning unit... it's working too...
 
I feel so honored to be a part of this PIP party!!

We have 4 pips now!!! Two look like they went clear through the membrane, so I guess that's good, or I hope!

ALSO.. we just picked up our 8 Australorp fuzzy butts and they are in the Snoozer brooder now!! All seem healthy, albeit a day late, drinking alot and eating chick starter! They are SO lovely.. lovely wing feathers already!
