Just leave it be, and if it's incubating under a hen, then it's your choice if you want to leave it with them. If they're in a place where they can't get out, get eaten or pecked, get stuck, and can get food/water, then leave them with mom. I personally plan on taking the chicks from the mothers and putting them in a brooder because my broody-pen is not chick-proof.
I have one very large-lunged coturnix chick cheering on his siblings in the hatcher right now... several are pipped and wiggling... still hoping for that Golden, Sam!!!
