Hen still has 2 eggs under her but on day 22 i'm thinking they didn't make it

So far I have RIRs, EEs, and some mutts. And 3 of my BC Marans are pipped!! How are your kids doing? Are you going to candle the Sultans and Silkies soon?

ooooh...the big guys.

The little kids (frizzle, cochin, Russia, & Cleo the Serama) are great...they just learned to drink out of a rabbit water. It's a toy to them, so they are ALWAYS drinking!!

2 of the sultan/silkie eggs started "oozing"...I don't know what to call it cuz I've never had it happen before...but it doesn't crack, yet some mustardy colored stuff oozes out and coagulates....it's weird.

I have indeed candled...some have blood rings and others are developing nicely!

Can't candle my marans because they are way too dark....even for a BRIGHT LED and a maglite!! They are starting to feel more dense, though...

The other marans went downhill and aren't so good. Anything from that seller?
