i just threw in somewhere between 80 and 100 eggs in the hatcher last night,, got 1 pip so far lol

You got it Jim, there yours, but just in case there is an extra egg or two somewhere down the line I was offering. LOL Now that his pic is out there everybody wants a egg. I promised you, don't worry!!!! I need to get a pic of his brother out there too. Hes not quite as colorful but a real beauty. I'm sure someone would be interested in some of his offspring. I will get some pics of my other game hens too so you can decide if you want to match him up with one of those hens plus the silver necks too. The possibilities are endless and its going to be alot of fun. I can't wait!!!!!!

i guess im gonna have to get my NPIP tests,, and all thats here soon,, before i get "spanked" lol ,,

The way cjeanean -Christina explained it to me as long as you don't have a high chick mortatility you should be O K plus they check for the bird flu. I wasn't really worried about the test because usually when I have lost a chick is when it would get smushed in the corner or something plus I haven't had unexplained deaths. The day Christina got her test done I was going to ship her some ee's eggs but didn't ship because her test was good and I didn't have a certificate so she couldn't accept them. I got an appt. in three days but Christina said it took her 6 weeks. So I ended up setting the eggs I was going to send her. Like I needed an excuse!!!

They only test the adult birds and the fee here was $9.00 and next year they said they would only have to test 20 birds but I shouldn't accept birds that haven't been tested already. I am happy my flock is healthy.
