UPDATE: Day 20, 9 have hatched!!!! All doing well!! Several more have pipped.

Had 2 when I went to bed at 11;00. Woke up to check on them at 3:00 and had 3. Had 5 by 7:00. Went out to feed the horses, came back in to 9!!!It's like popcorn in there!!!!

I have 30 eggs all together, so still a ways to go.

I have 11 hatched of 24!!! And let me say these little guys can take a lot... I had several temp problems, like it going up to 105/106 over night, and than for the past week not going more than 99, and forgot to add water to the foam incubator for the first 2 1/2 weeks. 1 chick I had to save from sticky shell, and have only lost one so far from pipping to early. I'm amazed I'm having any hatch at all.... They take over your life! I'm even having nightmares at night that bugs are killing them weird.... JordanFamily

I've got 6 blue wyandottes, 1 splash wyandotte, and 2 SLWs out.

Nothing from the wheaten marans that are in the same hatcher as the SLW.

I got pips on 10 of 12 silkey eggs, so I am a waiting on my babies.

Hey Ozark, I love your quote. I lost my 18 year old daughter to a very bad accident in August 2007, it has been very hard to get over. So I just let the lord take over and slowly but surely, I am realizing that she is with him and all is well. Your quote was a good reminder for me today. God Bless you and your hatch.
