Xtina......you are my hero for the day! I've searched high and low for a Red Velvet cake recipe like the old one that grew legs and ran away from home years ago with no luck............until tastespotting. I think I've found the exact recipe!!

Today's DD's 12th B-Day and she's asked for this cake. I made her a Barbie cake for her 3rd or 4th and haven't seen that recipe since.

I'm forever in your debt!! Thank you SO much!!

Tonight, my husband made us potato pancakes for dinner, topped with Greek yogurt and accompanied by some frozen mixed veggies we had in the fridge. MMmmmm
