This summer I had two of my hen's (Heihei the speckled sussex and Stir Fry the Sagitta) go broody and gave them some eggs I got from friends with roo's. Heihei hatched a Cuckoo Marans'/Lavender Ameraucana Pullet (I call her Una as she was the first hatched and i'm assuming because of the way the mom/dad colors cross to sex link that she's a she) and then what I'm being told is a Ameraucana (I call her Coco because she's black and rusty brown). These two are I want to say about 14-15 weeks old. Nothing about Una's behavior makes me think she's a boy and honestly I haven't actually looked at her feathers in detail though she's super silky feeling. Yay I want Pullets. My landlords (aka mom and dad) say no Roo. Coco on the other hand - is starting to get some VERY glossy feathers. All the black from the shoulders to the tail tips are iridescent and super seem to be very pointed. So far no crowing and definitely no laying. Without pictures as of right now - taking into account that the feathers are super glossy - they look oiled - and the tail feathers are pointy and a little wavy and the saddle feathers are the pointiest I've ever seen, and the hackle feathers are pointy... Is it a rather solid assumption that Coco is a boy? The comb is red and I see a rather solid center pea comb with little ridges along the left and right side. Not much in the wattle area but there are some tiny red flaps forming.
Stir Fry hatched out 7 chicks. They are 20-21 days younger than the first two. All but two of the other chicks had the same Lavender Ameracuana dad - only different moms. The two odd balls are from a Buff Laced Polish Hen and a White Crested Black Polish Dad. One is from the same Marans hen as Una. At hatch this one had a little blond splotch on the back of his head. I named this guy Benedict because I'm pretty sure that spot meant he was a sexlinked boy. At 11-12 weeks old he's got a small but red comb, barred feathers that make him look like my Barred Rock. He is a mean little poop and the only one that tries to peck me when I manhandle them with love. None of his feathers are pointed, they are all rounded. His legs aren't super thick but he does raise his hackles and chest butt and attack a few of the other hatch mates. He also is not the largest of the bunch (i'd say 3rd largest). I had been trying to compare his feathers to Coco from aboves but they are very very different.
Like I mentioned at the very top I will be putting some good pictures up tomorrow when I have an extra set of hands. In the mean time I'm just getting this going so I can just upload the photos tomorrow. The other 4 chicks are Daddy Roo Lavender Ameraucana crossed with: Light Brahma hen (Chick "Omelet" has little to no tail feathers at 11-12 weeks but the few that have come through half of them are pointy and a little wavy, small pale comb, feathered footsies like Momma). A crossed hen from an unknown mom and the same Lavender Roo (Baby "Lavender" is all gray and pretty. Comb is pretty well developed and it is larger probably the 2nd largest of the litlte ones). Possibly a Black Austerlorp hen (This is the biggest of the bunch "Pepper". Mainly black iridescent feathers with a little bit of cream flecking around the breast and wing area. Has been hackle raising and fighting with "Lavender" and "Benedict"). Mystery Mom - (Baby "Sunny" is kinda buffish with black speckling. Around the hackles is starting to look a bit Brahmaish but without feathered feet I'm not sure)
I know I need to take pictures of the key areas like hackle feathers, comb, saddle feathers - any other things I need to make sure I get pictures of? Thanks so much and I will make sure to get photos of the fluffy monsters tomorrow.

So sorry you're unable to keep him. 
However, since there isn't any noticeable presence of large, red wattles, I'm guessing pullet.
