By the way, I called Mendy today and told her that we Lunged Ladybug for over an hour and I have been checking her every hour since and she is not limping, nor has her knee become swollen. I also told her we are taking her Monday for a radiograph to find any damage in the knee.

Do you think she called back? Of course not.

How do people come up with these scams? Oh honey, lets think of what we can do today to take someone, but it has to be illegally legal.

Makes you wonder how much they pay the Sheriff, since they stated they know him so well.

Heck, if I was committing fraud I think I would get in good with the law also.

OMG Tracie!!!!!! I am SO glad Ladybug is finally safe at home. This story could have ended very badly for Ladybug.

Wow! How horrible for you guys!! I am so glad that it ended as well as it did! I guess that, from this, I have learned that checking references, even in unlikely places and businesses, is never a bad idea!!

Well I just posted another ad on craigslist and the lady keeps flagging them and having them deleted.

You post an ad and if someone flags it,it goes to the administator and if they decide it will be deleted.

Good news is I got another hit on it, another person scammed by her.

Well, the plot thickens.

I recently received an email from another person that was scammed by her. Come to find out, she tried to sell my horse to him back in September a month after I sent her there to be trained. She even told him that she could get her registration papers for him if he purchased her. This lady is to much. He did say he would be a witness in court if I can get the case there.

Turkey eggs will go into lockdown tonight when I get home. I had to check on the little babies this morning. Actually, I was going to put them in lockdown tonight, but temp showed 97 so I bumped thermostat just a tad and will put them in tonight. Anyway... I did a quick candle this morning while it was still dark in the basement. I started out with 8 eggs.... 3 quit..... So out of the 5 that were developing....I saw movement in 5 this morning!!!!!

ETA my silkie sizzle hatch should go tomorrow or the next day. Candling shows mostly black so I'd say we're a go. But after that temp spike I'm doubting....

I have one baby runner hatched 1 with a pip and one crested with a pip. I had one silkie hatch the other piped upside down and had died. The other eggs are due this weekend good luck everyone.
