Who keeps track of eggs collected?

We use Sheets, the google version of excel. They have an app and you can share the document so more than one person has access and can update in real time. Right now we just keep track of total eggs, and if a certain hen is laying (she’s 3 but seems to be an every day layer surprisingly).

I have had similar apps for mileage and what not for work and have usually found that google sheets is still an easier, cleaner way to track things.

I keep track of eggs laid each day, each week and monthly.
I have a futuristic way of keeping track. Not really.

I have a wall calendar in the hallway, in between the back door and kitchen. I write down the total after I close the coops after sunset.
Young hens from coop 2 is the number on the left, older hens coop total on the right.
I add totals for the week and for the month.

ETA ; I write date on carton when full and rotate in fridge.

For 6 years now...but it's just me so....<shrugs>
ETA. My records also contain costs and egg sale numbers...and many other notes.

This reminds me of the ATM records way back when I had a spouse, had to take the card from him.
I LOVE that you keep track of costs and eggs sales! I have been wanting to set everything up and get it figured out before we start breeding like we had originally planned but I need everything fool proof before that time comes!
