No breed lays olive eggs. A hen that lays an olive egg is a cross between a blue egg laying breed ( a cream legbar, araucana or ameraucana) and a dark brown laying breed (marans, welsummer or even a good RIR) You have to cross breed a bird to lay an olive egg. I used my cream legbar cockerel over my Rhode Island Red hen to get a couple of pullets that laid olive eggs and I currently have some pullets that are reaching point of lay that were bred by the same cream legbar rooster to a blue copper marans hen and a welsummer hen, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that those eggs will be a deeper olive colour.
Some places will sell pullets/hens that have been bred like this to lay olive eggs but they are all cross breeds. They will most likely be referred to as Olive Eggers but this is just a term used to describe them and not an actual breed. Don't be tempted to buy olive eggs to hatch in the hope you will get chicks that lay olive eggs, because that isn't guaranteed or even likely to work to any great extent..
