Its a method of training used in the military to teach wrongdoers that they have done wrong.

You toss the blanket over thier head and commence to beating, they dont know who gave the blanket party, but they know they dont want to be the guest of honor ever again, one time and it will break a thief of thier bad habbits

been involve but never the recipient, never therew a second one for the same person they always seemed to learn. Also threw one for someone who refused to shower, he got pelted with couple dozen bars of soap, they weren't home made but he got the hint, maybe if we had Southern28Chick's soap he would have wanted to take a shower.
