Wow. She is pretty. And so is her egg. I was thinking of ordering a couple of Welsummers as soon as Meyers opens up for ordering and now I am totally convinced!
They are more attractive than the Marans, aren't they!

Order your chicks from Estes Hatchery, they got the REAL thing from Calicowoods Farm before the owner passed away. Their egg color is better than the hatchery bred ones that they wont give out information where they got their stock from.

I too can attest to the quality of the Welsummers from Estes Hatchery. That's where I got mine from and I'm extremely happy with their looks as well as exceptional egg color. Nice people to deal with too.
