Who moved my eggs?

I found a pile of eggs behind my chicken waterer. Can a mouse move an egg or did my hen find a new place to lay her eggs? It is a pretty tight space. I recently found a mouse in my coop

Sounds like your girl found herself a new hiding place. They can squeeze into the weirdest places to hide eggs. Mice may chew holes in eggs but they won't carry them away.
