Who sends out Christmas cards?

We send out about 60 to old friends that we hung with--colleges, college and HS friends--and are still in contact with as well as to our extended family. Those that know our kids also get a family letter included. It used to be around 100 but we've outlived a lot of them. I know this, as well as written letters, are a dying art but I think it is nice to contact those who we don't see on a regular basis at least once a year.

We do. This year we may actually send a family update letter along with the card. We have been so busy and keeping to ourselves, half our friends are probably looking for our obituaries already.
