Who touched my eggs!?!?! *rant*

I just got home from a neighbors house. They were showing me how to take care of their pets while they're on vacation. When I come home, my Silkie hatching eggs are IN the Fridge instead of on TOP!

Nobody was suppose to touch them! There was a note on the carton too that said "Hatching Eggs Do NOT Eat!" I re-wrote on it so it also says "Do not put in Fridge!" Ugh! Will they still hatch! If not, somebody is getting a piece of me!

If incubation hasnt started yet, then they are absolutely FINE. You can hatch eggs that have been in the fridge for about 3 weeks.

-exhales breath- Thank you for that relief... I was mostly upset because nobody is to touch anything pertaining to the chickens unless I give them permission..

They will be fine. I took eggs that were the fridge for 2 weeks and they hatched

When I lost some of my beloved hens to dogs last fall, I took a few eggs out of the fridge that had been there for up to 3 days, and they hatched.
