who wants to make me some soup?

my case of the birthday sniffles/ sore throat sucks. i dont want to make soup either, but i need some. who wants to come to my house and make it for me???

if only dh could cook.

When I met my dh he made me a meal. I asked him what it was? He didn't know. It was mystery meat from the freezer. Some kind of breaded something with freezer burn.

After that if he called me over. I went shopping first.


He can make omlets though...I'll give him that.

Oh and in the future, this is what I do...I make soup and freeze it in a jar...do not fill to the top...leave plenty of room for expansion or it will burst.

Then defrost and re-heat. mmm mmm good.

You can also make it minus the noodles and then add noodles later, since sometimes the noodles don't look as pretty after it defrosts....but it's still tastey none the less.

oh jayne, i wish you were closer too!!! lol. i bet your chicken tastes yumo! where i live there arent any restaurants, so thats a no go. and he will cook me something if i ask, but it has to come out of a can, or it looks like what my uncle calls "conglomerated dooky", which does not sound appetizing right now. lol.
